🎉 NEW Recycling Service from April 2025!
From Monday 14 April 2025, Stratford-on-Avon District residents can now recycle plastic bags and wrapping from their doorsteps!
Simply place these items in your blue-lidded bin alongside your regular recycling. This includes carrier bags, bread bags, frozen food bags, and plastic wrapping.

💡 Top Tip: If items can’t be collected on the first attempt, please present them again on your next scheduled collection day.

💡 Did you know? Recycling centres accept items for reuse schemes including paint, which can be donated or purchased for a small fee. Some centres participate in the Community RePaint scheme.
🔄 Where Does Your Recycling Go?
All kerbside recycling collected in Warwickshire goes to Sherbourne Recycling in Coventry – a facility co-owned by the 5 waste collection authorities in Warwickshire and Coventry. This ensures local processing and transparency in the recycling chain.
